Many issues with room/experience that resulted in an unsat overnight stay. First issue walking into the room was the alarm clock display showed co pretty nonsensical numbers/letters. Not sure what the issue there was but I chose to ignore it. After a long day was about to take a shower but the water was always hot. And I mean scalding hot to the point of being dangerous to come I to contact with. No matter what direction the faucet turned, the water just kept getting hotter. Tried to call the front desk about the issue but the phone didn't work. Walked to the lobby and explained everything. They said they would look at the temperature settings for the building and try it again in 10 minutes. Needless to say, after checking the next morning, the water was still boiling. Horrible hotel. Had to look for staff (20 min until someone appeared and not in any uniform so was unaware if they worked there until they went behind desk), unable to do early check in (8 cars in lot) and was told no clean rooms available. 1st room smelled horribly of smoke so I changed rooms after notifying the front desk as I didn't want to get hit with an accidental charge. 2nd room just dropped my luggage in and then came back hours later after previous engagement to check out. Only had my luggage in room since I refused to stay in a dirty room. Shower looked as if you needed shower shoes, counters were filthy, mini frig tossed in nook by entry way, bed haphazardly made and the entire floor still smelled of smoke. Let me tell you. The woman on night shift at the front desk is TOP-TIER. She was so friendly after a frazzled day of traveling and already relocating from another HORRIBLE hotel experience. She made checking in easy and I can't praise her enough. Unfortunately the AC wasn't working and the room got up to about 80 and it started smelling like smoke coming from the unit in the middle of the night. We were immediately moved to the conjoined room which male the transfer quick and easy, especially with two sleeping children at 130am. The AC is unfortunate but she never acted annoyed and immediately worked on solutions.

DO NOT STAY HERE The staff is rude and barely speak English. The room was dirty especially the carpet and the shower. There was ZERO water pressure from the sink and shower. The water pressure was so bad I couldn’t wash my face in the sink OR take a shower. Oh and if you tried to take food to the room you got yelled at because “that’s how they get ants”. I’m beyond annoyed and disgusted that I paid over $400 to stay here for two nights. The only good thing about this hotel (more like motel) is that it was close to the wedding venue.

Wildly overpriced. Four-star prices for less than motel 6 quality. Entire property is in some state of disrepair. Grout was damaged/missing in the bathrooms, floors in the elevator are damaged, rooms weren’t cleaned properly. Lots of sketchy looking fixes. The staff is nice but there seem to be only four people trying to manage the entire property. Looks to be an old branded location with a newer vinyl sign draped over the old sign
