So much false advertising. Staff is not aligned with what is occurring at this hotel/Waterpark. The website wasn't clear on whether the waterpark was included with room or what the additional cost was. I called directly and booked. Was told 4 passes were included with the room and could use the park each day of our stay and they matched the online price. The place was deserted when we arrived. At check in we got 3 passes and the Waterpark hours were shared for each day of our stay. Room wasnt the cleanest but it was fine. We were meeting friends who had booked via third party and at check in were told Waterpark was not included and had to pay $50/person additional (Waterpark site says $45). Later told that the passes were only for that day so I asked for my 4th pass which then was told tha

Positive: price and location for a 3-star hotel (definitely conned us into booking) Negative: elevator safety was questionable, showed 3-star hotel during booking and was definitely NOT a 3-star hotel at any time. The price did not reflect the renovations and condition of the hotel. Once renovations are complete, may be the proper star rating.

Our experience here was great from beginning to end. We wanted a place not so far from home to celebrate New Year’s with the family, but also wanted our kids to enjoy it. We got exactly that!!! A pool, hot tub, and water slides is what we were looking for. The little water park is perfect for all ages to enjoy. The hotel was very clean and the staff were also very polite and helpful. We met the owners of this property and was informed it had recently been under renovation. You can tell they have been putting some hard work into making this place a better place.I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family!

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this stay was horrific from start to finish — and because the issues happened across multiple rooms, it didn’t feel like a one-off. Check-in was a mess. We waited about an hour because they couldn't get the room keys to work and we had to go back to the front desk 4 times just to get updates. Once we finally got a room, we immediately ran into problems and ended up with two room swaps. That alone says a lot. Basic amenities weren’t functional. There was no TV remote, and when we requested one, the front desk gave us a remote that was broken and couldn’t operate the TV. The heater was loud and didn’t work properly. It made a very loud clicking noise like it was loose or falling off the wall. We had to adjust it ourselves just to reduce the noise. Even

Game room floor and games covered in trash and liquid spills. Room had holes in walls, trim missing everywhere- things slopped paint over to cover. Tub drain and plug, sink drain covered in mold. Mold on floor around toilet. Toothpaste and trash from previous occupants left behind. Enamel peeling from tub and sharp edges exposed. That could easily slice a child’s foot, hand or face. Elevators shook like a blender and then stopped working all together. No phone service to any rooms. Emergency lights not lit. Manager working on elevator. When I asked if he was certified his response was “ I no need certified. I manager. Go ahead and call police.” So I did. Magically MR.
