Patti's Inn & Suites

Hotel staff is awesome! Room was nice and clean! Breakfast was delicious! Hotel is pet friendly so that is a big plus for me and my furbaby!! We went with another couple and we all had a great time! this is my 2nd time staying at hotel and i will definitely be returning. It is also just a short drive to Patti's Settlement and all the shops. Highly recommend!

The location was within a short distance to Pattis Restaurant which was our destination. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was of good quality. While the room was clean, it needed updating. The bed was super firm, the toilet was old and too short, the shower water pressure was very low and I did find a could of ladybugs and a Japanese beetle in our room. The television in the room was small for the size of the room and outdated as well but that wasn't a biggie for us. You have to keep in mind that it was built in 1999.

My husband and I stay every yr for our anniversary and stayed on our honeymoon. We’ve always had the best experience until a group of ladies took an over night getaway and the front desk were not friendly, at all. No smiles no welcome and rude. From check in to even the check out (3 different employees) Rude, no eye contact, snippy and acted as we were inconveniencing them. As a previous manager of a hotel restaurant, this is number 1 and the first contact should be pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, this trip wasn’t. I apologize to the group of friends I brought and reassured them it’s never ever been like this.

Positive: My wife liked how the place was decorated. You could tell someone spent time picking out decorations for the lobby, the elevator area and the roomsI liked the hot breakfast, there was a wide variety of food and drinks. Negative: The mattress wasn't quite firm enough for my taste but I slept fine. The room we had was small (I think there were bigger ones) so it wouldn't work if I needed to have an area to do some serious computer work but for an overnight stay it was fine.

Quaint, small hotel. Very clean and front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Nice complimentary breakfast and fresh popcorn all day.
