Patriot RV Park - Seguin

Came here on vacation to see the world’s largest pecan! Was a fun experience. Park was very clean, and staff was friendly!

Very nice folks. They have a small laundry room an wi-fi here also. Was quite full on my visit at Christmas 2016.

I really enjoyed my almost year long stay here. Mary is a very kind and caring person. She made me feel at home and not alone while going through a divorce. The neighbors all watch out for one another which helped me feel safer, being a young woman alone for the first time. The rent is reasonable for what you get. While I was staying we got free wifi which was a nice plus! Cons would have to be the washer and dryers where always broken. Only 1 of each worked but Mary was always asking the previous owners to fix them. They keep your packages and mail safe at the office and over all is a quiet park with easy access to IH10.

I love this place it is very quiet and the guest here are very nice and friendly. Ms. Mary the manager here in Seguin Texas camp site is about the most beautiful person you will ever know. Ms. Charity the lady that manages All patriot sites is also the most beautiful person you can ever know too. I recommend that if you are in Seguin Texas to give them a call. This site has been the very best rv site that me and my wife have ever been to. So after reading this please share what I have written and spread the word that patriot RV Parks are the best.

This place was a nice quiet place to stay before the new owners took over. Now they have page after page of rules that are nonsense for the most part. They will try to get every dime out of you by deposit after deposit after deposit. They even go so far as to raise the price of the kilowatt that the electric company charges them, which is not legal! As far as getting any deposits back when you leave, ha, might as well forget about that. They will up the price and usage of your electric to heights you’ve never seen or paid before, to the point they will apply all your deposit towards it and then some, where you’ll owe them!!!! Beware of wolves in sheeps clothing.!!! Also rent has been raised 3 times since new owners took over!( been raised twice in 6 months!)I I Don’t recommend staying her
