Park Suites Hotel

Positive: Desk clerk was attentive, took care of my needs and made my stay pleasurable. I slept great. Negative: Exterior walkways and general cleanliness is lacking. Room shows signs of aging, needs attention in cleanliness, touch up paint and the sad, sagging couch needs to be replaced.

Had a 3 day reservation not once was there any cleaning service even if you called for it. Nice representative always said hi at the front desk. It's just no real room services and the ac never worked.

Positive: there’s no best, well, maybe thr air conditioning and i didn’t have to sleep outside, but honestly i think sleeping outside is the same thing Negative: everything, this was the worse hotel in my life and i been to so many hotels, i’d rather sleep next to a bunch of rats and termites than ever go back to the hotel, there was holes in the walls, popcorn ceilings, tv had NOTHING to play, chairs were f’d up

The room looked clean butit smelled horrible. The bathroom smelled like sewage and the smell lingered into the rest of the room

Positive: Perfect location for the event that I was going to. Nice pool and balcony. Also glad it had an elevator Negative: Main issue is the remote they gave me for the AC / heater did not function. Was cold and freezing all night
