Tom is a fair, and honest landlord. He has real concerns about his tenants needs. And is consistently looking for ways to improve the property!! GREAT PLACE!!!

My daughter lives here and unfortunately the landlord (Tom)is kicking her out after her husband got killed in Oregon. Sad but truth. He would not even consider knowing she's doing everything by herself. Otherwise than that great place and friendly neighbors.

Tom is an awesome owner. Robert does maintenance and is great and lives on site. The people are friendly and very "interesting." Safe and quiet even on weekends. Reasonable price includes water and sewage/trash. I lived at Park Place for a few months and had some of the most memorable and funny experiences. You have to live at Park Place to understand the greatness of the place. My vocabulary isn't good enough to fully articulate how great Park Place is

"MONOPOLY". ITS LIKE the GAME This RV PARK is as the ñame refers too PARK PLACE & BOARDWALK the Best and Nicest on the board but NOT price wise it's unreal how nice it is. Lush Manicured Landscaping Cabanas Outdoor Kitchens this Park makes the others look bad. The Best in Vegas a MUST SEE.

i wouldnt say we're quite. but we all know each other.we all pretty much get along.I love my Getto,and the fact is its a great place to live.If your lucky enough to get a spot, congrats and welcome to our home.
