Must keep in mind that each of these units are individually owned and may be appointed differently, despite many of the rentals being managed by a company. Be sure to look at the amenities and updates of the individual unit you decide to rent! But you can't beat the location - perfect blend of being able to walk to town and to ski lifts - ski down 4'o clock trail and it is just half a block walk at the end of the day, then you can walk right down to Riverwalk Center in town. Not a lot of that walkable combination available in Breckenridge! Also they have community hot tubs, an outdoor pool, and property management on-site. Overall a great place to stay to take in the ski resort as well as the town.

This place is 80s style, 3rd floor hike winding flatlanders. Sparce on operating instructions. Intermittent dishwasher. But the most vexing problem is the musical chairs for a parking space. Granted it is a holiday weekend, but parking is slim. Also they need a better cleaning service. Maintenance and leasing folk are friendly and relatively prompt, but overall, this AirBNB is not a great value, just a weak OK.
