Park-Lake Motel

This hotel had no front desk, so it was self check in/out. This was perfect for our needs as we got in quite late. Not the cleanest, but it was okay for the night! Great lo atipn for Letchworth state park.

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed here while visiting Letchworth State Park. I can't say enough good things. It is so convenient to the park. The rooms are spacious and clean and beds are comfortable. We were just there for our 2nd time and really enjoyed Old Souls Bakery and we've gotten breakfast at the Country Kitchen Diner (good food and friendly staff!) and pizza at Darryl's Pizzeria (also delicious!) We decided to check out the Charcoal Corral down the road this year and that is quite the gem! Enjoyed some mini golf and ice cream. The small town feel is just great and we always enjoy our time here.

Rooms very clean. Bed comfortable. Great value. Customer service extremely helpful managing a situation and following up.

This review is a little challenging because this motel is different from many that I have stayed at. But it is also off the beaten path in an area where there aren't a lot of other options. So does this place just stay the way it is because it's the only game in town, or does it stay the way it is because it's a throwback to simpler times and it's what people want?||Let me explain. It's a very small building in a very sleepy town. You get to to the motel through a narrow laneway between two houses. There is no staff to check you in, the door is just unlocked. You open the door and your key (yes, key) is waiting by the TV along with checkout instructions. The walls are wood paneling and cinderblock. The bathroom is bare-bones but clean and functional. Unbelievable This is absolutely the weirdest positive experience I got !! Clean comfortable peaceful and quiet little place 👍👍🙂😀 We came here late at night on a motorcycle road trip nobody was at the office so we call The man said yes fine we have something go Book online … everything went fine After we receive our room the 29 The man said go to room 29 it’s open … 😳🤔🤔🤔😵‍💫😳🤔🤔🤔🤔 What it’s open!! This place is so peaceful they can trust people around and leave some room ready to help open!! There was a crosby’s fuel station 24/7 with subway the subway isn’t 24/7 but the crosby’s make pizzas and other stuff We went there take a pizza and perfect snack at the perfect place Thank you verry much we really appreciate our stay here
