My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Cabin 19A! It was the perfect cozy spot for some much-needed R&R. Everything was impeccably clean and luxurious. The bathroom felt like a personal spa. The kitchen was well stocked for staying in and cooking. We highly recommend and will be back!

Absolutely beautiful place! We stayed here for a Friendsgiving and the home was beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. We also did some cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. At night, the stars were mesmerizing and could be seen right from the living room. The host was lovely, incredibly responsive, and always taking care of us. I even forgot some postcards at the hotel and she was kind enough to mail them back to me. Truly a wonderful stay and highly recommended!!

Amanda and the Dell Collective Group provided us with an amazing stay at Cabin 19 A. The air b and b far exceeded all of our expectations. The little touches Amanda included were so thoughtful- the smell of pine when we walked in, having the lights on for us when we arrived (as we arrived after dark), Valentines chocolates on the table, and place settings for two. We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing Valentines weekend. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Had a fantastic weekend at Dell’s Highbanks location. An amazingly beautiful curated space with everything you could want. Had the catered charcuterie plate and it was both delicious and huge. Great location for the sunrise and only a minute away from the Perry entrance to Letchworth State park (which is a must see). Enjoyed the Silver Lake Brewery, the bookstores and coffee shops in the town of Perry. Definitely could have spent more time in the area. Guess we’ll need to plan another visit.

Amazing properties! I have stayed at the Silo in Perry and this time I rented cabin 19a in Portageville, and not to my surprise, it was an amazing getaway. Cabin is decorated as beautiful as the other property with cozy blankets, pillows, hides and the most amazing bed swing in the porch. Im looking forward to coming back in warmer weather to sleep out there! Right on the Greenway trail you can hike to park if your up for an adventure and come back to a shower, then to rest in the hottub under the stars. The special touches such as the flannels and robes supplied are nice and not forgetting our furry family with dog treats, blankets and the smartest waterbowl filler.
