Paris Las Vegas

Great hotel, I cannot understand why there are so many bad reviews. Our room was brilliant. Maybe a touch up of paint around the mirror in the bathroom was required but otherwise a great room. People have mentioned the long queue at check in but we used the automated check in and had our room cards within a couple of minutes. It was very busy over Christmas but all the staff we met were very efficient and friendly.

The location is great and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, all quite pricy but good. That being said, in my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel. We stayed five nights recently and upon arrival we waited in a very, very long line to be checked in. Once in our room we realized there were not enough towels and the dispensers in the shower were empty. I called housekeeping and they delivered about 50 small containers of soaps....this was not what we wanted. The room was cleaned one time in our stay although I asked for service on several occasions. The hotel tried to charge our room over 60.00 for something from the mini bar although we did not use anything from the bar($ 9.99 for a pack of M&M 's!) It took 2 requests to finally get the charge removed Getting ready in your room

Awesome location on the strip easy access to other properties on the strip. The hotel hosts a wide variety of restaurants and other venues. The atmosphere in the casino is nice and cozy, my wife and I spent most of our time there. I would highly recommend a weekend stay there. Also we had a great view of the strip as well as the fountains in front of the Bellagio.

Positive: Location was great. Restaurants we good. We had great customer service from every staff member at the hotel - from registration, housekeeping, maintenance, and in the casino and restaurants. Negative: The paint in the room was all chipped and overall the room did not feel fresh/updated. The sink drain was clogged, the toilet seat was loose, and the thermostat kept changing/resetting. No coffee in the room, I felt nickel and dimed.

We had a fantastic stay at Paris Las Vegas! The hotel was easy to navigate, which made getting around super convenient. The casino had great vibes and was a fun place to spend time. There are so many great restaurant options right on property, and we also loved that it’s connected to Horseshoe Las Vegas, giving us even more to explore without having to go outside. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Strip and walkable to T-Mobile Arena for a Golden Knights game. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the fountains at Bellagio Fountains, absolutely beautiful! Our room was clean overall. The toilet wasn’t perfectly clean, but honestly the overall experience more than made up for that small issue. Great atmosphere, great location, and a really fun stay. I’d definitely co
