This review is for my experience 2 years ago. They discriminate on the poor here. Cant even store an old vehicle here. They said something about not wanting it to look like a junkyard. Ironic since its already Quartszite. They likely aren't from these parts. They wouldnt let me store my 70s motorhome OR my 90s minivan. She said get an RV cover and can store, so I got one then she said full. Just make us drive around in circles forever, cant even store it. Cruel.

The management for their storage units has changed several times since I got a unit 7 years ago. It is now the worst ever. I have went to a Graceland building on my property instead. And with their rate increase the rent to own building is not that much more per month.

The owner responds by saying: "Thank you for leaving a review" to every review they comment on. CAN'T YOU MAKE IT PERSONAL TO THE REVIEW? IT ISN'T THAT DIFFICULT! Please don't leave that comment on my review. OKAY... I am so lucky I found this place! The managing couple, Mark and Tina are GREAT! Tina has a wonderful Southern accent. They're helpful, friendly and approachable... very likeable. I've been here 2 weeks now and I LOVE IT! People here mind their own business. I'm a pool player, so I spend alot of time in the rec. room. Tina is always helping people in any way she can and they both have already went out of their to help me a few time! I've been a nomad and have been looking for a long term, reasonably priced park with good managers... I THINK I'VE FOUND IT!

I would not give this place one star to tell you the truth it is overcrowded and it's a fire hazard people Park in their back to back small little spaces and the manager whoever she is is worse than anything she only works certain hours of the day this place is ridiculous I'm a firefighter and believe me we are going to have this park inspected
