Paradise Inn of Naples

Owners Leticia and Bill are VERY disrespectful and careless. All they care about is there money or you are kicked out and trespassed. Rent is absolutely too high for the place condition. There's mold, roaches, and ants in the rooms. You cannot leave any food out around the room. everything's must be cleaned, closed tightly stored in fridge or the bugs will get to it. Owners dictate the way you live and the company you have there or will be kicked out and trespass. You are MONITORED 24/7 LITERALLY. I paid for a week of stay on Saturday, when Tuesday came I had a situation with another tenant and me and my month old were kicked out same day and trespass without the rest of my weekly pay. we had nowhere to stay. She only gave me my deposit back and told me she didn't even have to give me tha

I have to say the owners of Paradise Inn of Naples are fabulous, the place is secure with cameras 24/7 and with a baby I felt comfortable. Never had a single problem with staying here, it's very clean with friendly neighbors and the owners were very welcoming! I definitely recommend you to stay here!

Cameras on ALL doors were residents live. Very weird and no privacy at all. It has a very disturbing landlord!!

Clean rooms, very nice owner, comfortable & easy to get around the area. Good rates.
