Panama City Beach Event Center at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort

I had a corporate event at the center. Working with Mary was an absolute DREAM. She was so patient, kind and accommodating. The staff was great and so was the food. I will definitely return for events in the future. Do not hesitate to use this center for any events.

Do NOT rent Villa 1911 at Edgewater from Khushbu Patel. This was by far one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had. We arrived around midnight to a hot, uncomfortable unit — the A/C was clearly struggling to work properly. We informed the host, Khushbu Patel. At first, they seemed receptive, but that quickly shifted. They later accused us of causing the A/C problem by leaving doors and windows open — which was absolutely false. The windows in the unit don’t even open, and we were extremely careful to keep everything closed. Things got worse. We were told by the host to vacate the property on Saturday evening around 7 PM, and we did exactly that. I even followed up with a message and a phone call to confirm we had left.
