Palmview Inn Motel & Excalibur

I went in to one of their rooms and instantly saw a tree roach was crawling on the floor, the air in the rooms also feel humid. I've gotten a room here more than 5 times and each time I felt comfortable in the room, it's not entirely clean but the other people in rooms are usually quiet and the front desk people are quick with what they do and are nice. I do come here often and will continue to do so.

If I could leave a negative star review I would!!! No hot water, pillows had hard lumps in them, stains all over all of the towels, black mold all over the ceilings, had to leave early and could not get a refund for the unused night!!!

It’s so horrible 😭 we got here at 10 pm and when we were ready to go to bed we realized the bed sheets were dirty with blood stains and hair everywhere... we asked for a refund but they said no! So we asked to get clean sheets and they said to come get them.

Room has mold in the ceiling and it made the whole room smell like wet dog
