CottonWood R.V. Park

I admire the owner a great deal. She's a strong and sweet person. We did, however, have to leave because the local neighborhood was noisy with barking dogs and loud Mexican music to all hours of the night. Not everyone had the same problem as us. Many residents didn't seem to be bothered by the noise at all. I'm glad, as the owner deserves to do well. The place, while not fancy, was inexpensive and had everything you need: garbage pick-up, laundry, and a nice meeting hall.

We stayed in this park recently. It is an excellent park, very quiet and secure. It is close the Bentsen Palm State Park where many winter Texans go birding. Many of the RVers are Canadians. The park host is very friendly. The park has a front gate which closes at night, adding security for the residents.

Quiet, clean and great price. Owner works hard to make everyone feel at home. Nice lots and fruit trees.

This was a nice quiet place to relax. I stayed here while working in the area. I enjoyed the stay and felt it was safe. Great spot.

I stayed there for a couple years. You could not pay me to live there again. Many better parks in the area with more to offer for the price and better care of its residents
