Palms Motel

Needed a quick stay for one night and all I can say is never again. Immediately upon opening the door it smelled of cigarettes. It’s so bad that the walls are stained with ash. The shower was dirty, the room itself was dirty, looks like it hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. The AC didn't work and when we turned it on it just made loud noises. I was literally up all night, I couldn’t sleep because every time I laid down I started itching really bad. There was also a sewage smell in the bathroom over night.

This place is so tiny that you have absolutely zero privacy and really should change its name because it's a hostel not a motel. The walls are tissue paper thin and you can hear every single syllable of your nasty neighbors uh dialog. The rooms are tiny and NOT clean. ||4 of the rooms literally have doors that are all 4 touching each other. ||There were piles of dirt in the room everywhere like they never heard of a vacuum. ||"Housekeeping" called at 10:03 the second I got out of the shower bc they were obviously listening to see try to rush me out because checkout is at 10:30. Which is I guess late enough because everyone seemed to clear out nice and early but that could be because of all of the cops that frequent this place. It was just cops and shady people. 5 Stars – A Hidden Gem! I had a great stay at The Palms Motel! The service was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for getting some real rest. Everything was very clean and well-kept, and I was honestly surprised at how affordable it was. You really can’t beat the value here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly place to stay with great atmosphere!

a decent room, not dirty but not fancy either. Good for a late night place to stay, also walls are kind of thin I think I overheard someone being conceived but hey it's all a part of the experience
