EPIC Hotel Pico Rivera

Very affordable nightly rate, close to restaurants/Walmart/Target, close to bus stops to get places. No issues with cleanliness; front desk was helpful. The walls are very thin, so conversation in other rooms and in the hallway can be heard very clearly. That being said, the guests in the other rooms quieted during the night, and I brought earplugs.

Very affordable with great amenities (free parking, mini fridge, desk, chair, etc.). Service was fantastic. Jay made us our visit very pleasant and we appreciated his hospitality. Would definitely recommend Epic Hotel.

A friend and I stayed here four days on our vacation. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There was plenty of space to put things out on the counter and desk top.

I love it here coming from Michigan. Jay is just great he is such an amazing and loving soul! He makes this place very welcoming and i have felt nothing but grateful to him since we got here. The rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable, shower is great, water actually gets hot, large tv it’s perfect!

Got norms, a burger joint, pizza and seafood. Got 711 around corner. Chevron and shell. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST I COME ALL THE TIME. JAY is so courteous and always does everything to make sure I'm happy with room and services. He's very welcoming and makes sure this place stays clean and calming. No druggies hanging out in parking lot or parties going on in rooms. It's such a great place for great price. Thanks you Epic and Jay.
