Ozark Mountain Inn

My family need a place for 5 weeks we tried to have a meet to see if she even wanted to rent to us. Ok never happened after 100+ text of im to be and not today. Even after all the paper work we had to get and do.... Stay away ...

I have lived here for over 4 years. The owners are good people and have cleaned up the tenants as far as druggies. The monthly rent is very reasonable and you can have a dog for an extra charge each month. The rooms have full sized refrigerators and microwaves and all utilities are paid. It's quiet and I like it here.

The accommodations were nice enough but they will gouge everything they can out of you. Wanted their 520 a month plan but was told I had to stay a bit at the weekly rate to prove I would be an ok tenant. Had one small dog that did nothing. Wanted a 75 dollar a deposit. Paid that but the next week still couldn't get the monthly rent and another deposit. This just keep going on til I left cause 295 a week a week for a room is ridiculous. Rent a nice house instead, it's cheaper.

Besides the fact that the rooms were elderly fashioned and some of the sheets were a wee bit stained the hotel itself was rather pleasant. Another complaint I have is the placement of the light switches as the restroom lightswitche is on the outside instead of inside kind of odd. Altogether it is a pretty okay place to stay and a reasonable price

Had a transmission blow up 1300 miles from home. Paid in advance for a week in cash. Getting to the room was not cool. All the photos in the website are miss leading. The pool is converted into a pond!? The rooms aren't finished from their few year remodeling. The front desk takes up to an hour to do anything you request. Their are residents living in the rear rooms... some been their for OVER 5 years. The main lobby is destroyed.. ceiling falling down, trash everywhere etc. Most of all I was told 3 weeks ago I was receiving a refund check... still nothing. When I call to question them, I get a text stating it's my loss!?!?!? Nope See you in court
