It was super clean and spacious! And it is very close to the springs which is why we stayed here. However the walls are paper thin, the wifi/TV stations weren't working, had the thinnest/most uncomfortable mattresses I've ever slept on and the only heater is at the front of the room and the bathroom is all the way in the back so you can never truly get warm while taking a shower. For the price we payed, we don't plan on staying here again unless those issues mentioned above get fixed. But it definitely is the cleanest and most updated place we've stayed at that close to Bennett Springs State Park.
Super clean and quiet, plenty of room, am going to come back next summer.
