DISASTER. 💥 I Reserved on a travel app, A HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ROOM, NO SMOKING, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OR NEAR THE ELEVATOR. I RECEIVED NONE OF THIS! When I checked in I asked the clerk if there was a handicap accessible shower in the room. He said yes there is a shower. I should have asked again. There was not a shower, there was a bathtub and it was not accessible for someone with medical equipment. Also the room was supposed to be a no smoking room. When I walked in, the smoke hit me in the face and my eyes burned. Thank God I brought my own shower chair, vaporizer and breathing machine. I basically had to set the shower chair outside of the bathtub and just lean in to take a shower. If there was not a handicap accessible room available even though that's what I paid for the clerk should

Positive: The layout is nice Negative: I get a hotel for 5 nights a week. When the hotel gives me a handicapped room, or the room they were gonna give me is under maintenance, and they give me a smoking room, makes me want a refund. Because they don?t keep there end of the contract.

I checked in on Monday 11/3/2025 and that night, was overrun with roaches. I complained and slept in my car. Front desk told me they would get it taken care of. Came back to room the next day after work and there were roaches on my bed. I checked out and let the desk clerk know. She told me to work with Expedia on my refund. Hotel is REFUSING to refund my money. Stay at your own risk! Had to fumigate my suitcase!

My husband made a reservation and when he went they said they gave his room away? Now they wont refund??? even though he did not stay one hour there smh. Bad business with these people. $500 down the drain. money hungry

This is the most ridiculous place I have ever stayed. The hotel manager will instruct the housekeepers to go into your room while n ot there, which is some they shouldn't do. She let them go into my room not knowing I was in the bathroom, open them entering I heard the hotel manager tell them to take what the wanted and that I wouldn't never know. After finding out I was in the restroom the Manager put a block on my name so I couldn't get the keys to a roo I paid for.. Bad management team
