I booked a room for 6 nights , on the second night the elevator broke. It was long wait times just to get to the 3rd floor. The level of traffic of people needing the elevator outweighed the long time it took to be fixed. Next the ice machine on the 3rd level broke. If you simply want ice I had to go to the next section which wasn’t ocean view. So it was a walk because the machine to service ocean views side never got fixed. During checkout it was still broken. No sign or anything just the top hanging down exposing the grungy dirt under the machine. ||Also housekeeping wait times are hours. I ordered towels around 7:45pm 1/6 and never received them. Called back and they never came . The wait time seems like 24 hours which is inexcusable when the hotel stay was $417 and the resort fee $30

I talked about my complaint at front desk. Angel helped me, she was nice but I got no response from her manager. I emailed twice but still no response and respects. Bad experiences, and here’s what I had experienced. 1. My room door doesn’t lock. It’s open when I just arrived. I was too tired to go downstairs. The front desk later explained if customer feel unsafe, customer can ask for room change. From my point, I should be informed ahead if I am okay with a door that doesn’t lock well. 2. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. I understand signal nearby the airport may get intervened. But it was extraordinarily bad. I had a really important meeting on Tuesday night. I came to the front desk and asked for help. I couldn’t believe the ladies said that was the only Wi-Fi you could get without even looking

Surprising great for the price. Landed in Vegas one day before my family, so thought of booking a cheap hotel for solo stay. But surprisingly room turned out to be better than expected. Cleanliness could be better, but overall great for the price. Paid $60, which is great considering the location.

It's nice to get water "free" everyday, IF they give it to you. The front desk staff is super rude!!! Good luck if you need help!! My dad was dying and we needed to leave early.... it was an EXTREMELY horrible experience. In our room the bathroom door didn't close. The bathroom light kept tripping the outlet and the light in the shower only came on for like 10 seconds in a 3 day span. There was coc@in left in our room on the nightstand. It was neat to watch the build the baseball stadium, however that meant early morning construction. So take the good with the bad. They don't work on weekends, well Saturday. Or room was "strip view" The waitresses, dealers, and casino staff were good. **edited after their comment. I did reach out to management while we were there. I was told to email wit

We recently stayed at this hotel for a quick Vegas weekend. Upon arrival we noticed the room did not seem clean at all. The only thing that seemed decent was the beds. That also only came with two flat pillows for each bed. The A.C smelt absolutely terrible. The elevators are not reliable whatsoever. I also think it’s pretty weird how you can’t smoke but the entire building and rooms wreak of cigarettes. The service was okay, we asked how we could get fresh towels and got attitude and was told to call from our room. So we did and we had to call twice after twenty minutes of waiting because they forgot. I’d recommend anyone to go somewhere else until this place is remodeled.
