Overbrook House

Great place with a cool and old atmosphere. The people running it were also extremely helpful, nice, and accommodating. Was here for a friend's wedding and had a fantastic time.

Me and my husband got married here in July 2023. Us and our whole wedding party stayed in the house and we had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all here. It was an amazing wedding weekend. Super easy working with erin and such a magical and unique place.

Overbrook House was the perfect venue for our October wedding! Our entire wedding party and their partners stayed in the main house, while our parents lodged next door. Having everyone there for the weekend was amazing. The house and grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. Erin and Kofi were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house was well-stocked with essentials—linens, towels, dishes—and even a variety of party supplies left by previous renters. While it's more of a DIY venue, Erin provided a list of suggested vendors that we were very happy with. We enjoyed spending time at the beginning of our stay putting up our own decorations. It was truly the perfect place to celebrate with our friends and family. We will think fondly

An amazing, old, spacious, and peaceful escape from the crowds in this lovely, century-old, 8-bedroom farmhouse. Rolling hills, a running brook, gigantic pool, separate dance hall in the woods, and miles of nature trails that lead to the charming Little Buttermilk Bay. An absolutely heavenly retreat. And a wonderful and unique spot for a wedding, family reunion, company off-site, or whatever your imagination can allow.

Attended a wedding here in October. Great staff and venue! Love the hall! Great dancing space! The wedding party stayed at the big house and enjoyed it!
