I live here and help out, owner is very reasonable and will work with you on a tough spot, so long as you are honest and work with him. This up and coming park is going to be the best spot in town soon
We came out here to check things out and we loved the 360 degree mountain views during the day and seeing all the stars at night being so far away from any light or noise pollution, so we decided to buy it!
