Campground is our favorite place to camp. We come here 2 to 4 times a year. We like C. Some of the places have a Lakeview. There's always enough room that you're not camped right on or next to somebody else. Campsites are always maintained.
What a beautiful spot to spend a day at the Alamo Lake! This campground is immaculate! Set atop the hills overlooking the gorgeous vista of mountains and blue water is just superb. Lots of space between sites. Restrooms frequently serviced and spotless. So peaceful albeit the occasional hee haw from the wild donkeys. Would love to have stayed longer.
Beautiful spot. Not too crowded. Great views of the lake and desert. Lake Alamo is a favorite of ours for kayaking as well.
Super kind people great camp grounds. The most safest I've felt camping ever in my life. Beautiful lake and the donkeys are so cute
It was clean and clear each day. The staff including the park rangers were extremely friendly.
