Otter Tail Beach Resort

We are very disappointed with Ottertail beach resort. We stayed there last summer for a family reunion. The place is run down. My parents cabin had no pans, peeling paint in the tub, a broken heater, bugs, chipped counter tops, and was overall falling apart. For this dilapidated accommodation next to the road, they were charged the same price as us in cabin 1 right on the lakefront. When these issues regarding their cabin were brought up to management there was no acknowledgement that this was unfair in any way. While Ottertail Beach Resort may have a lovely location, it truly lacks in customer service. They are defensive, greedy, and not open to any negative feedback. We had a lovely stay! Everything we needed was here. Love the pristine beach and lounge chairs with umbrellas even. The sports equipment available is great to have use of. Enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding! The cabins are always clean and comfortable. We all felt so welcome and relaxed! A perfect place to spend quality time with your family and friends!

We just got home from this terrific resort. We got lucky and got a last minute reservation after someone had to cancel. We stayed in cabin 11 and had a wonderful time. The resort provides everything you need. The cabins are wonderful and the property is beautiful. Cherry did a great job and the maintenance guy kept the cabins and the boats running smoothly!

Awesome stay. Cherry and Andrew were awesome. They made sure that we had everything we needed and made sure we enjoyed the stay. Super clean resort and enjoyed the layout. Fishing was great and spent plenty of time in the super clean fish house. Took advantage of the 18 hole golf course and the par 3 we played multiple times. We will be back!!! Loved it.

Great place for a family vacation. So much to do on the beach for all ages. The lake is very peaceful and sparsely populated. I don't think there were ever more than 10 boats in the water at a time. Cabin 12 was clean and roomy enough to sleep 3 adults and 8 children comfortably. Definitely loved our time there
