I stayed in a shared bedroom at Ostel Figueroa Corridor, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe—which was extremely important to me as a woman sharing a space. The house was well-maintained, the vibes were respectful, and everything was truly all-inclusive, which made moving to LA so much easier. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Owen, the landlord. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and responsive throughout my stay. He genuinely cares about his tenants and makes sure everyone feels supported and comfortable. Been staying here about 5-6 months and I've enjoyed it very much. Moved in around March when I pretty much had nowhere to go, and the landlord was very generous with both showing the layout of rooms and explaining all rules and payments on day 1 as well as making sure I got the proper paperwork as a tenant. All staff have been respectful, and other tenants are often respectful of the rules. Really pleasant experience for a first time renter like me. 😁

The site rep is very active as well as involved when it comes to making sure that his clients are comfortable. The rooms are divided by gender which I love you will hardly find that in LA for the price that they offer. The house is well guard as well which makes me happy the most.
