Origin at Seahaven

This place has it all... the views, the private beach access, area for sun rise and sun set viewing. Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Private Movie Theater, Workout Room, Laundry, Arcade, Shops, and Starbucks. The Property Management Staff is the greatest! Their friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! The security is top notch and approachable. Parking is Private and secure.

Despite the fact previous posts mentioned the vigilant security it was not apparent around the pool. Notices saying no cool boxes or running or diving or annoying other pool users nothing was done about it. Should be an adults only pool . The overall smell of cannabis is all over the corridors, and around the pool. Give this place a miss if you want a peaceful vacation.

Stayed on the 13th floor (unit 1304), right next to the west elevator — super convenient for getting from the garage or ground floor straight to our condo. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the view was absolutely spectacular. Beach access was excellent — we could leave the condo and be fully set up on the sand in under 10 minutes. We didn’t interact much with the staff, but the few times we did, they were friendly and helpful. Only small note: the mattress is on the firmer side, so if you prefer something softer, you might notice it. Overall, great stay — would definitely recommend The Origin at Seahaven.

Overall, not impressed with Origins at Seahaven. We stayed here for a week on a family vacation, and just two hours before check-in, I received a text saying the pool and spa heaters were down. Throughout the week, we checked in with staff several times for updates, but most responses were shoulder shrugs, “I don’t know,” or “the part isn’t here yet.” For the price we paid, I expected better communication and service. My two young children were so disappointed they couldn’t swim because the water was too cold — one of the main reasons we chose this resort. It’s hard to understand why a property of this size couldn’t expedite a repair or at least keep guests informed with accurate updates. We left with two very sad kids heading home to chilly fall weather after a week in beautiful Florida

We stayed floor 15. 3 bedroom air bnb Not horrible but not great. Holes in the walls, cigarette burns on the couch, 3 chairs around the dining room table and lamps that didnt work, or missing bulbs. One shower head blew off, one shower didnt drain and backed all way up. Had to run the dryer cycle 5 times before one load would dry. A little updating would make this place super nice and worth it. Just give it a little tlc. Pool was wonderful.
