Well maintained park with beautiful mature trees. Lots of activities and things to do in the area. Awesome staff!!
Great place for seniors. I'm a Contractor, we're building phase 1 and 2. We're currently working on phase 1 and things are going awesome. Once completed this will be an excellent community in Prescott Valley for seniors to live. I will update photos throughout our mission to bring you the best that Clayton Homes and Orchard ranch has to offer.

YT - Yeti at large This is a well run park with every kind of camping/living option. I strong recommend if you are just passing thru or want to live here.
