Orchard Park Motel

This was very surprising a nice clean place. 5 star for sure. Check in was easy and lady was new owner she just bought a couple weeks ago! I rented a king single room and it’s very comfortable and clean. No bed bugs no stains in sheets ! No smell in hotel room. Bathroom is clean and good water pressure! Parking is right in front of your room . No stairs no elevators is a plus for myself. You won’t be disappointed if you book. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to reviews in past. I would had missed out on a good place.

Best motel to go to especially if you are going to see buffalo bills game at highmark stadium. The location is very close and such a lucky especially on it very generous price! The front desk staff are well mannered and very helpful if we need anything. The rooms were great, clean, spacious as well! The heater functions well to beat the brutal cold weather outside. The bathrooms were clean as well! The tv had great channels to watch as well! Overall, very very great that there was a place that is cheap, clean, spacious and close to highmark stadium!

The young man in the office was very polite. The room however very clean, was freezing. The door did not fit in the frame properly, there was a cold breeze coming through all night. I stuffed towels around the door but it didn't really help. The bathroom was like a walk in cooler. There was no hot water in the shower and it dripped like a faucet, no water pressure. The floor of the shower was disgusting. The TV didn't work and the room phone had no dial tone. The photos show lovely rooms, but if you get a room for a single, there are none of the amenities shown in the photos.

Positive: It was clean Negative: It had a wardrobe with no hanger rod to hang clothes and no dresser doors. The mini fridge was setting on a milk. Crate with the microwave sitting on top of that.

Owner behaved angrily and horribly with our family. We, 2 couple booked two rooms on the same day before few hours through Expedia and entered the reception to check in at late night. He told that he can’t find the details but as it was late night and we have old people along with us we asked him to doible check about the booking as we received the confirmation but he spoke badly and told that we didn’t trust him even when we requested to provide us any available room, but he don’t want to give and did verbal abuse to men in my family including me who is a lady by saying more than 5 times fu..k off and and threw us out and shut door on face. People with behavior issues are dangerous to customers. We were struck on road for a long time without doing any mistake apart from trusting the Hotel
