5 star service!!!! We had the pleasure of staying here in mid January. After extensive research I decided to book the OMNI Los Angeles for a surprise trip for my husband's milestone birthday. We were 2 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 11. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make this trip special for my whole family ex. kids gift bags at check in, a lovely in room surprise for my hubby upon arrival. The location was perfect. Within walking distance of many restaurants and venues. They also offer a complimentary car service for their guests for anything within a 3 mile radius which we used almost every day. Special mention to Robin from the car/valet service. He offered so many great suggestions for us. The property itself was lovely. Beautiful entry and foyer. Heated pool and I apprec

My family and I are staying at this hotel right now and I would not recommend for the price at all. Valet is $65 and there is a destination fee of $45 nightly - both of which are very steep for what this hotel offers and for the competitors in the area. Staff is not particularly friendly or helpful. Pool is so basic and feels like a holiday inn, instead of an Omni. Coffee shop has stale bakery items. Additionally, our room has a window that opens approx 8 inches that is reachable for a child WITH NO SCREEN. Easily could something fall out of the 15th floor! And to top it off, when arrived to our room last night, there was issues with the room not being clean - specifically the bathroom. I will spare you the photos I had to send to management. They offered for us to change rooms but my to

I came out to LA for the first time ever and chose this hotel for my stay. I am so glad I did. They truly focus on customer service and making sure you have the best possible experience. They gave me a complimentary early check-in and late check-out because I'm a rewards member and was staying during a less busy time. The front desk staff is so professional but also so sweet. One of them let me borrow a permanent marker so I could bring it with me to get an autograph when I was meeting a celebrity at a VIP event close by. The room was gorgeous and HUGE. Was not expecting how big it was when I opened the door!! The cleaning staff were super polite and nice too. I would highly recommend this place if you want a super nice and pampered experience when visiting LA!!

As a professional wedding planner, I have the opportunity to work at a variety of venues. However, the experience I had working with Marvin and the entire staff at the Omni Hotel truly sets a new standard. They were, in a word, amazing. From the moment of arrival, the level of service was evident. The valet staff were super friendly, accommodating, and made a fantastic first impression right from the driveway. Marvin, in particular, went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process for my clients' wedding. His dedication was exceptional; he was prompt with his responses and even took the time to answer my queries on his days off. On the wedding day, Marvin was present and incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was executed perfectly. His ability to anticipate needs and take

I have already filled out a survey. The stay was excellent. I took an Uber from LAX and was greeted by the bellmen with graciousness. Michelle at the front desk was helpful, knowledgeable of the surrounding area and the hotel and gave great tips. The room was spacious, comfortable, with a thermostat that allowed me to adjust the temperature to my desired level. The bed was great for a nap and overnight stay. I was only in town for one night and everyone was pleasant. The flowers were beautiful, well kept by the polite and helpful housekeeping staff. AND, there was no overpowering "hotel" scent that frequently dominant the foyers/lobbies of other hotels. Loved the stay.
