Talking about getting away, without getting too far away. I had a great weekend getaway here. Faraway to feel lost, close enough to go out for a beer. The property is absolutely beautiful. Highly suggest going. If you want to spend a quiet place to be with your love with no distraction, you need to spend time here.

This is a secluded retreat in the middle of nature with lots of trees and little yurts and bungalows for spa treatments and overnight stays. I have an amazing facial with a very talented esthetician. I love that you can get a spa treatment outside of a clinical environment. My main issue with the place is getting there. There are some single lane windy roads that are a bit dangerous. And sometimes oncoming cars don't slow down. I would recommend beeping your car horn when you turn those blind corners.

Highly recommended! The team here was incredibly sweet and friendly, and went above and beyond to help make our event a success. I would absolutely work with them again! The venue is beautiful and full of unique touches. It's clear that there is a lot of thought put into the architecture and upkeep. The photos we got were gorgeous!

We were quite taken aback by how misrepresented this property was vs its online photos. The yellowing, bare mattress, in particular, put us off wanting to stay in the bad smelling, dingy, dirty spot. For ~$300/night we expected much better. The hosts were not open at all to even a partial refund, despite us vacating about an hour after checkin. Glad we didnt spend the night just to cement in our minds how disappointing this place was, but it stings to be out ~$1200.

A truly amazing retreat with friendly hosts in the folds of Aptos, CA. Travelled to this retreat in early 2020. Situated in a banana belt, the plants are incredibly large for the region, and add to the experience. The cedar treehouse with loft bed and skylight was one of our favorite parts of our CA trip. The outdoor spa-like hidden tub provided a relaxing wind-down after a long day of traveling on the coast. If we had been there for longer than a few days, we would’ve taken advantage of the additional wellness services. We think of this place often, and can’t wait to return!
