I don't even know where to start. The owner/manager is a complete mess. The only time you can catch her sober is if you catch her before 5 or 6. If you say one thing she doesn't like she will flip on you and go back on every verbal agreement she had made with you.Its like dealing with a middle schooler. Definite thumbs down.

The people were very nice and helpful it was very secluded and peaceful

No shower or internet amenities, one mailbox for all residents, cheap place but its quiet and there aren't a lot of rules. Kinda do what you want as long as you dont cause trouble. Takes older campers. The landlord is a sweet woman, unless you give her reason not to be. Rent starts at 450 a month, water and electric included.

I love my friends that live there. But the owner is a little out there. Drinks to much & a son that gets in trouble more then is known by tenants. Fpr a reason I'm sure.

Drive And to check the place out. Upon arrival a big rottweiler and some other big dog came chasing at my car. Gressive Lee. They were little dogs chihuahuas another Mex running all over the place unattended. There were two full-size goats that we're also not. Ty Downer in a pan or anything just running loose. The place looked big and spread out. That would be a good thing. If it weren't for the aggressive dogs chasing the car and all the animals running wild like a off-road Farm.
