Olde Magnolia House

Nancy was a great host -- super communicative and responsive! She met us at the door, showed us around the house and our room, gave us some great tips for the town. Our room was also very clean and the bed was comfy!! Great location too - close to the main drag for shopping and whatnot. Would come back again.

We stayed at the inn in the Renoir Room last weekend for a girls weekend. We enjoyed our stay so much and I will definitely stay again if I am ever in the area and in need of lodging. The decor was beautiful and really transported my friends and I to the past. There were tons of board games so there was something to do so we didnt have to turn in early. Guests also have full access to WiFi, Netflix, Hulu, and other apps through the TV's Amazon firestick. The beds and bathroom were both very clean and comfortable for a night away. I would definitely recommend staying here for a different experience from the traditional hotel, but with none of the sketchiness and potential sacrifices in comforts staying in and AirBnB may bring.

We rented the entire house for IU graduation weekend, and everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable, and the town of Nashville is charming. Nancy was a super host, meeting all of our needs and helping in any way she could. We hope to return and enjoy all the amenities that Nashville and Nancy have to offer. You can't go wrong staying here!

Nancy was an excellent host. She met us at the door and showed us everything we needed to know. She also gave us lots of good local tips. The house was just as described online and had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

I booked a stay at the Olde Magnolia Inn for my best friend’s birthday. On Thursday, before our scheduled arrival on Sunday, I sent the Innkeeper an email asking for the check in time. By Sunday, I’d gotten no response. We arrived between 3 & 4. Going up the stairs, my friend fell (loose tread on stairs). I entered to get ice for her - fridge had not been cleaned! And, to my surprise - no Innkeeper!!! There was a strong musty smell which got worse as we went upstairs to see our room. The bathroom tub had a rusty/dirty drain. I was embarrassed to say the least. This was not what the pictures portrayed. I have stayed at B&Bs numerous times and this was definitely not the norm. We left immediately and were lucky enough to find a wonderful place nearby.
