Old Saratoga Inn

WARNING!!! No heat!!! MOLD ALERT!!! manager Mike is nosey and over shares his life story. Claims owner is always having a medical emergency and thats why nothing gets fixed. mini fridge non working freezer, No ice machine Walls thin, can hear everything manager Mike talks about including the people The Department of Social Services place there and discusses your business. Dont EVER leave anything behind because you wont be acknowledged and you have to call from an unknown number. Michael is a deceiving person ask him why he lives in a room with his mother!!!!! The owner needs to get rid of the manager and the ppl there.

Quiet neat place close to everything with a manager(Mike) who goes over and beyond to make sure that your stay is a GREAT one.The area has much historical reference to go along with proximity to many pubs with great food and an easy drive to downtown Saratoga and the track.Mike the manager is on site and always ready to help with any needs you may have he is great at his job and filled with knowledge of the area.I will continue to use this place as my go to for my Saratoga trips!....thanks Mike you were great!!!

Spent 2 nights at the facility recently . For the money and location a great deal . The general manager whose name is Mike was exceptional in all facets of his employment there . Would give this gentleman 10 stars if that rating was available . Whoever owns this place should know this about Mike you have a great employee . The man is the ultimate people person . This is coming from an individual who does not usually like motels .

What a great hotel. Stayed here for some time and I must say I didn’t want to leave. Eric the manager is the nicest guy ever. Very accommodating and wonderful hospitality. The rooms were always so clean. Fresh towels when ever I needed it. Room came with microwave and nice size refrigerator. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If ever in the area again I’m definitely staying here!

Mike was manager in charge during my visit and I must say he was the nicest most polite and informative motel manager I have ever met.This motel would be a 10 star for service and location.I will be returning!!!
