Oh Deer! Riverside Retreat

The Oh Deer! Retreat was nothing short of magical!!! This beautifully decorated country cabin nestled above the Yaak River makes you feel warm, welcome, and right at home. There is plenty of space (inside and out) for the whole family to relax, connect, and reset. The back deck and upper balcony boasts gorgeous views of the Yaak River. A charming little trail accompanies you along your walk down to the riverbank. My kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming, fishing, and playing in the Yaak River. There are two hammocks near the riverbank for you to lie back and soak up all the sounds of the river and the beautiful song birds. Plenty of trees to hang additional hammocks, if needed. *We brought hammocks for our kids to enjoy and hung them closer to the cabin.* The cabin also offers a full kit

My family decided last minute to take an overnight mini vacation on the Yaak. A couple phone calls and we found Oh Deer. The 3 of us must have run around for an hour just looking. Looking at the perfect country setting inside and out. For me, "ELEGANCE" is the best descriptive word for all that Oh Deer has to offer. The client support was phenomenal! This was a first cabin rental in 20+ years for me. I had no idea how it all worked. There was Jenna, right there, holding my hand. We were blessed to be her very first guests, at her gorgeous cabin on the Yaak River. We will be back. Words cannot describe the beauty inside and out. "Come to the woods, for here is rest"
