Oceanside Inn

Do not stay here. The sheets are smelly, the mattress is stained, there are cracked tiles in the bathroom, the shower feels more like a poolside shower and is in need of repair. The provided towels were so dirty that we had to go out and buy our own. The toilet takes two minutes to flush and came with a warning to hold the handle down. There is no ironing board, no hair dryer, and there were two derelict bicycles covered by a rug in the corner of the room. The host had the audacity to try and take back the "complimentary" bottle of cheap Moscato. There were two coffee pots but no coffee. The "extra" pillows were yellow and stained and stored on top of a George Foreman grill in the armoire. This place was not worth money, I wouldn't stay here again for free.

We paid 910.00 to stay on the 9th floor apartment for 4 days. The photographs look great however the apartment was absolutely filthy. The bedding had such a terrible odor. We had to sleep on our clothes as pillows. The couch is filled with stains, and there was no advertisement whatsoever about the construction that is taking place. We were woken up before 8 AM to the sound of construction. We left after one night because we felt it was unsanitary. Rented a VRBO/room - arrived to the hotel and was already skeptical as the photos did not look like the real thing. Figured we’d check out the room since we were already there - elevator was sketchy. Got to the floor we were staying on and the hallway was disgusting, stained carpets, baseboards missing, smelt like chemicals and just off. There was a fan running in the corner of the hall like they were trying to dry out a leak. Got to our room, and it wasn’t any better. White crusty stains on the curtains (wtf?!) and bed covers, toe nail clippings on the floor, all sorts of hair on things, it was not great. It was unsanitary and we ended up eating the cost and booking a hotel down the road. I can’t speak for every room or floor as my understanding it’s privately owned condos - but 10/10 don

The only pictures posted that are exactly what this place looks like is the Lobby. These private owned Condo’s that are literally old hotel rooms. A/C did not work worth a shit, toilet ran all day and night. The main light did not work, lamp on wall was a massive fire hazard ( see pic below), the black mold on the wall was the worse. (See picture) 1 towel in the room for 2 people. When I checked out I tried to call ‘owner’ of our Condo, no answer.

The room where we stayed was amazing, but the building is run down. Everithing is old except the lobby. The corridors are dirty, old and smelly. The elevators are both reliable and the stairs smell bad. They really need to do something about the building maintenance. It is bad.
