Oceans Beach Resort & Suites

Horrible experience no heat the response I received from management it’s not normally cold in Florida unacceptable it was ok I was freezing. No electrical outlets in bathroom had to run an extension cord from dining area to bathroom to blow-dry my hair. Thin walls I was in town for work screaming children and adults fighting all night heard everything. Bugs everywhere and disgusting uncleanliness I tried to leave after 3 days of disgust Manager talked over me I ended up leaving checked into a reputable hotel in Coconut Creek Residence Inn for the rest of my stay for week while still being charged with no remorse or refund from this motel after my numerous complaints my company told me to leave they would absorb the cost I cried when I checked into my new room so happy to have a warm clean

The room look nothing like the photo , it was so small the queen bed took up the whole room very tiny and it promise a full side fridge and it was a tiny one that our food did not fix in , hen I co plain they told me I could up grade toThe room in the photo for a additional 185 per night ; no thanks total scam

This place is an overpriced dump. It's far from a resort. It's actually an old motel that had the name changed. It looks super sketchy when pulling in. The staff was very weird when checking-in. They wanted a ID from everyone which surprised me. I haven't had that before. They kept asking us if we smoke. The people two doors down were outside their door, smoking weed half the night. I told them we didn't want housekeeping. While we were at the beach, housekeeping came in and took all of our towels. Then they kept coming back wanting to clean our room. I was pretty upset about this since they don't have safes in the room. My room was old and smelled musty. The toilet wouldn't stop running and we had ants in the bathroom. My allergies kicked in super bad, I'm guessing they have mold. I didn

The staff take pride in their work and were friendly and attentive and our rooms were clean. The grounds were beautiful and we could walk straight to the beach. Jean was very helpful with us booking our room. We loved being able to walk straight to the pier and other shops. Thank you for making our trip one of our best yet.

The office staff was very friendly and the place is in such a great location right off the beach I'm very close to lots of amenities. The rooms are quite dated but they are clean. I will definitely rent again from these folks.
