Always pay in cash, and keep your receipt I paid for the room in cash, and the $100 security deposit on my bank card. My deposit was not only not given back, but an additional $150, for a total of $250 was charged to my bank, but back dated to last year. I have had to replace my bank card several times this year, so there's no way they can say I stayed there and paid with that card last year. I had stayed previously and never had issues, but I did pay in cash those times. Further, the pool is never open, and the location of their pool is right on a major street, although it is gated. The rooms are decent enough, and the water was hot, bed comfortable enough, but the above experience has tainted my view

Only stayed here because we (and multiple other guests) had evacuated from a wildfire. The desk staff was friendly but the rooms are dimly lit and worn looking. There is no elevator to the second floor, there are no coffeemakers in the rooms, and the WiFi connection was slow to the point of being unusable. We were grateful to find a place for the night given the circumstances, but would not choose to stay again.

I recommend nobody stay here at this hotel.The staff are the rudest people.I've ever seen they don't care about customers' only money and it 's very dirty. And when you tried to complain, the staff are very abusive, do not stay here

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were recently renovated and everything looks fairly new. The pool was nice and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave right in our room. The biggest surpise was housekeeping! Most hotels don't even provide it anymore so we were shocked to come back from a day of exploring to a clean room. The jacuzzi wasn't in working order and the beds could've been a little more comfy... that's why I knocked off a star. Other than that...great location and we'd definitely stay here again.

not worth the money the staff is very rude the rooms are very dirty do not recommend to stay here you can try to be nice to the staff and they're still just rude people they don't care about their customers at all
