Please beware of that place. Garbage piled up in trash bins . Water is not safe for drinking. The park looks absolutely nothing like the web site. Very dirty and messy. Laundry room very small. Most washing machine out of order. They don’t repair. Wi-Fi very slow.

This place is not good for live any more. Before our rent is $900 . Including everything. But right now they charge us for electricity bill. 28 cents per KW . Very high. The manager of Mick said . We have pay light and washing machines and dryer. That’s why so high. Usually cost 1.2 cents at another RV park. That’s not fair. We already paid rent. Why we should pay whole RV park energy bill. They increase rent so many times. They don’t follow government rules. They charge door key at different price. Some time $20 dollars. Some times $25 dollars. Sometimes $50 dollars. I think everyone should same price. I am planning to move soon . The water of this park is very bad . Only one Mexican work is nice . Mangers are not good.

This place is very horrible. Laundry room very meeting. Washing machine Not working .night time very Noise from high way 86 ,dog poop , Wi-Fi very slow. You pay deposit. But it is a non refundable deposit. Very poor management. Manager drives around with alcohol. Water is unsafe. Don’t waste your time and money.

Very bad place. Don’t come. Don’t waste your money. I’m a long term guess . They only ask money from you . They don’t take care of the place. The washing machine always has issues. Always out of order. I have to go out to do my laundry. I also have No WiFi for two months. They said going to fix around 10 days. No one comes to fix . My family decided to move a different RV park. They don’t refund my deposit money. They said for cleaning. I already cleared everything. I won’t come back again.

Just finished spending the better part of 2 months at this location in site R13. Really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. Mick is doing a great job fixing up the place and very friendly/easy to talk to. Reading through some of the negative comments about this business; I have to scratch my head and wonder if maybe the problem is with the reviewer. All of the staff are friendly, the cooled pool is great-especially when the temps are hitting 100+. By far the best RV Park the area.
