Absolutely disappointed with their customer service experience. It was absolutely deplorable, & I would never ever recommend this facility to anyone. Their policies are deplorable & you can't even get in contact with a live person, so if you wish to receive solely messages only thru their website, then it will be perfect for you. I never even used my 2 day stay due to circumstances that I tried to let the property know, & no call(s) ,except a message that said that due to the "short notice" they wouldn't be able to refund my two day stay. I'm a single mother & don't have money to waste especially during these difficult economic times. I'm extremely disappointed & hurt by this facility & its policies. I would never refer anyone to this garbage dump & will spread the word where I work to n

The red tree in has potential and is being remodeled and upgraded in the moment. The only front desk staff they had was excellent in servicing us and did all she could to ensure a smooth check in/out experience! She was friendly and always smiling. Whatever I needed she made sure to get it from an iron to a coffee and cold drinks. They definitely need an on ground maintenance main to ensure the property is clean the outside, entrance, walkways, stairs wells, etc…we’re Sandy, dirty, and yeah eveywhere. Nthe room was a 7 out of 10 on overall cleanliness I get it it’s a beach and sand is a pain but you still need to vacuum with care, bed tightly made and bathroom clean that was a plus. Pool area not kept up and greenery outside needed trimming looked like a jungle. Would we stay again but not

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This place looks nothing like the pictures they have posted. Look at these pics and it should tell you all you need to know. When I reached out to the host, rented through Airbnb, I received no response. And if you want to speak to someone in person, you’ll have to catch them before 8 pm or sometime after 10 am as no one was there either time we tried. Electrical outlets didn’t work, mold on walls and beds, and a very unsafe environment.

Positive: Nothing it was disgusting Negative: Dark ,unclean, photos look sooooooo much different than real life. Everything was broken looking and smelled.

It was the absolutely most awful experience. We hated everything about it. From the moment that we got there. The door was unlocked. There was no secure lock for when you were in the room. I do not recommend this place at all. They will not give you your money back. The plate was very disgusting.
