Oak Haven RV (formerly BCS Village 21 RV Park)

When I first call to check on the property, I was treated with kindness, respect. The property is very quiet, always kept clean, and the property is very friendly. | When I contacted the property manager she was friendly, full smiles, and gave me lots of information about the property, she always made time for me when I did not know some of the information, she would walk me through it step by step. | If some one would ask me for a good place too live I would highly recommend Oak Haven Rv. I love staying on the property with no complaints

What a cute little Rv park. The neighbors were great. The place was quiet. The office staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to come back next football season.

A quiet and friendly neighborhood. Close to grocery store, taco truck and gas station across the street . A great place to stay. It is under renovation at the moment but will be even better when it is all done with the new amenities. Shout out to the new manager Ashly. She goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. She genuinely cares and is very approachable. She wants nothing more but the best for her residents and the park. Her wild and fun attitude will keep you laughing and just make your day!

0/0 The park served well up until new owner ship AND Manager. I resided there for 1yr and 7 months. Manager WAS polite and professional for the beginning of the transition but with time and changes came along with the RV Park, her attitude and care for residents has changed for an unpleasant ending with Oak Haven. Manager has to much going on and her not handling 2 parks at a time does not suit her. I have yet waited for some time to hear back from owners, per managers response and I would continuously and make countless efforts of getting a direct answer.( Billing Activity Ive been overcharged and I’ve always made my monthly payments)I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH OAK HAVEN. There are many other and professional Rv Parks to do business with in BCS. SIDE NOT This park is infested

THIS IS A NICE , WELL RUN PARK. The managers are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of nice services such as onsite propane and trash pick-up at your site. Most of the guests are long term but they welcome overnight guests as well.. The park is a quite and clean family and pet friendly park.. The laundry room is nice . We had a nice stay for the 2 months we were there. I highly recommend this park if you need to be close to everything, and are looking for a friendly , clean park.
