Best Western Premier Bryan College Station

I wanted to give a shout out to Terri at the front desk! I was doing some "mobile marketing" for our company Omni-Pros Restoration, really just trying to get our name out there, when I walked in to drop off some information. Terri greeted me with smiles, and a bright attitude! It was very nice to receive a greeting and a willingness to pass along our name. It means a lot to a business and people when you get a friendly representative like Terri. Thank you Best Western for wonderful customer services like this!

Overall a great stay for a typical Best Western. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Like all Best Western’s the walls are paper thin so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay. There was a great selection of alcohol at the bar but very limited glassware the two nights we were there. Let’s be real. No one wants to drink an old fashion out of a plastic cup at a bar! However, Trinn, our amazing bartender figured out a plan and made it all work. Her attitude and professionalism was outstanding!

Positive: This place was clean, quiet & accepted pets! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Negative: 1 elevator was out, & was at one end of the floor with our room allll the way at other end. I?m still processing this but am really indifferent. We used the stairs a lot & had the p/l been right there instead of around I would be more ok with it.

Honestly, with a Best Western, I had minimal expectations. First time staying at a BW Premier. Upscale? Sure, I will give them this. Check in was super easy and professional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Downstairs lobby and bar, while we didn’t stay there, looked spacious, clean and inviting. Heard there was a gym and pool, but no time. Wouldn’t have stayed for breakfast anyhow because we prefer to pick out the local brekkie hotspots and try them out. All in all, the Premier name lived up to its brand and we will now consider Best Western Premiers in our hotel list while traveling. We had dinner downtown at Elia Cafe Tapas Bar with live music Saturday night then Sunday breakfast at Sweet Eugene’s in College Station, both of which we also give 5 stars. Highly recommend the hotel

This hotel is still clean with spacious room and comfortable beds and pillows. Nice gigantic TV. Dim lighting in bathroom but nice big counter and mirror. Minor issues were a leaky shower door, small amt of mildew on shower grout, scrambled eggs that seemed to have a full shaker of salt mixed in, and decaf coffee that was room temperature. Other breakfast items were as expected. I would stay here again.
