You won't beat that price for what you get. The bed and pillows were very comfy. It was quiet, and clean. They had a large TV with Sling, so connecting to my favorite streaming services was easy. It won't wow you, but once again, the price is basically unbeatable for what you get. Also, I woke too late to enjoy it, but apparently there's a nice free breakfast. We stayed there for about seven hours, just to sleep and continue our drive. First the positives: It is right off the interstate. So it is easy to find. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and positive. At least the bugs I saw were dead. Now the negatives: We were told that we did not get a free breakfast because she never knew when the restaurant would be open. The driveway and parking is dirt and gravel. Dead cockroaches in the room. The floor had a definite slope to it. A lot of differed maintenance such as holes in the walls. There was a big stain behind the toilet that looks like the wax seal was not working. The sheets and towels had frayed edges. I would suggest bulldozing it and starting over, but first I would want to test the popcorn ceiling to see if it is made of asbe

Great price, hot shower, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a motel. No bugs, absolutely no problem. No free breakfast coupon because the restaurant shut down during the pandemic, but the kind woman up front let us choose a snack of our choice from a basket. I got an entire box of toaster pastries.

Like other reviews I will comment that the owners are friendly Americans that will do anything within reason to make it nice for you! The free breakfast is in the nearby restaurant and is a huge plus! I liked the bed and there was plenty of water pressure for the shower. Very easy access to your room; no stairs at all and it's quiet! I like clean rooms with carpets thank you!

I arrived very late from travelling and so was tired just wanting to sleep. The staff was quick and efficient at getting me checked in while also being super friendly and polite! I received a great rate and a free breakfast coupon. Room was clean and provided me exactly what I needed and easy access to bring all my belongings in. Would recommend for a easy access, quick stay!
