Northflow RV Resort & Marina

Came up from Tampa to visit family and friends. Heard about this new RV park. Checked it out online and decided to try it out. We are not sorry for the decision. This place is brand new. We are here first week of April 2025 and they have only been open 8 weeks. The park is beautiful and awesome amenities. The owner Will and his family are so gracious and kind. They will have a highly successful Rv Resort and the Marina is a blessing if you have a boat.

Discovered NorthfLow RV Resort & Marina, reserved for a couple of nights. We enjoyed the resort so much we extended out and stayed for 34 days! Wil and John are great hosts, they make sure you have everything you need. Amazing sunsets are awesome to enjoy while sitting under the oak trees! Paved roads lead you to sites that are concrete with paver patios and full hook ups.They have a great pool area for kids and adults to relax around. Nice laundry room and even a bath tub for your dogs. Fishing and boating is across the quiet street on the St. Johns River. We found Palatka downtown had great restaurants and other cool stores to wander around. Close to the east beaches or if you prefer to roam around the small towns in the area. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Northflow. The spots are very spacious, level, and provide ample room for enjoying the outdoors. The bathrooms are spotless and beautifully done. The firepit area is elegant and spacious overlooking the St. Johns River. We did not use the pool area, but it is also beautifully done. The dog area is nice as our dog could sniff and run loose for a while. Also, I especially like the owners have not let people move in "junk up" and crowd the spots. I highly recommend staying at Northflow as we will return in the near future.

Like the VAST majority, we give the Northflow Resort 5 stars; we’d give 10 stars if we could. This resort is pristine, well maintained and cared for. The location: perfect! Set on the edge of the river, in a quiet neighborhood and yet very close to everything you need, places to visit and things to do. We have already visited Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, and Crescent Beach…. in the last week (not to mention the 2 days of lounging in the pool here). Will is very accommodating and quick to satisfy any issues you might have. Honestly, I can’t find one thing negative about it. Highly, highly recommend

Beautiful all new campground! The sites with concrete pads are very nice and level with paver adjoining patios. The overall campground is small and cozy, but they have sites to accomadate a 45 ft rig with a tow vehicle parked beside. Beautiful river view with a planned restaurant to be opened in the future. The owner was very welcoming and made us feel at home. It's out of the hustle and bustle of things, but close enough to drive to the action if that's what you're looking for.
