Best Western Inn of Palatka

Room smelled horribly musty and there was black mold all over the ceiling and walls of the bathroom! The entire room just felt dirty and was just awful. There was no way I wanted my family breathing in mold all night so I told the gentlemen at the front desk and he was awesome. He made sure the refund us right away and I was able to go get a room at the Hampton instead.

Terrible hotel. I was told I couldn’t have my service dog even though I have papers for him. When they finally ok’d it I was told I could only be in one building which was gross. The room was dirty and had bugs. Cigarette buds and trash outside the room and hotel area. People smoking and playing music outside my room. Will never stay here again!

Clean room, good water pressure, large comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff.

We were pleased with the room we received: clean, well maintained and warm. The front desk clerk was super helpful and friendly and let us know that our TV might not be working as they were all being replaced with 55" units (the maintenance crew did ours right away🥰). There were men upstairs smoking marijuana that flooded our room, but we didn't complain as we didn't know the laws in Florida about that and air freshener took care of the smell. Breakfast was adequate but get there before 8:30 or the food is old. Loved that they had laundry room for us to use. Best hotel we stayed in while in Florida.
