North Texas RV Park

Nice level spots. Pretty quiet. Less than 2 miles from some stores. No restrooms or laundry as of now. Nice people live here. Has a dog park area. Would have been 5 stars if they were finished with bathroom and laundry. Wifi is not thebest ,drops off a bunch. Update laundry and showers installed.

2 years and counting... we love living in this park. Everyone is friendly and neighborly. Any park issues are handled by management quickly and professionally. It's away from the city. Concrete pads, dependable electrical and water. Electric at each pad's pole is complete with 50amp, 30amp, and 110v GFCI outlets. Several covered units. 44+ ft friendly. Driveways are flex base. We stream live TV and game from the wifi. We love it here.

I've been here 10 months. It's nice and quiet. Country feel with plenty of room. Everyone is friendly. Park is well maintained. Good cell signal from Verizon and T-mobile 5Guw. Park has security cameras. Come summertime in Texas, the covered spots make a big difference in keeping your camper cool and the added protection from sun and hail. Nice concrete pads with room to park your car or have a patio. Short 2min drive to Whitewright, 20-minute drive to Sherman and only 40 mins to Mckinney/Frisco. They are still doing upgrades and expansion to the park. It's only going to get better.

We have lived here for over a year. This is NOT one of those trashy RV parks. The people here are mostly working folks or retirees and are friendly and helpful but not "in your business." If someone moves in who starts being a nuisance, management addresses the issue immediately. "Quiet time" is respected, and people mind their dogs. Spaces are large enough for BIG RVs - ours is 44' and we maneuvered into a back-in space, not even a pull-through! It is peaceful and "country" feeling, but close enough to Sherman to have everything we need. We love living here and have no intention of moving!

Great place to call home, if you live in your RV. This location has concrete pads, offers covered lots, lots with a yard, personal parking spot on your lot, and includes fast internet. Very friendly folks to have dealings with. If you have any issues they will get right on the problem and make it right for you. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a good place to park their RV for a night or to call home.
