I've recently just moved in & I absolutely love it. Nice & quiet with a beautiful view. The owner James is absolutely amazing & strives to ensure you feel at home & enjoying your space. I appreciate his kindness and time in all that he does, may this RV park continue to prosper.
Very quite , James white the owner will work with you in many different ways and he doesn’t just let anybody stay there even if it cost him some lot rent . I stayed there 6 months and loved it . No problems… 18 minutes from TI in Sherman
Wish I had found this place before I paid for a month at a place at another spot. A BBQ place beside it, a saloon a short walk on other side of BBQ. And it’s high and dry with plenty of rock. Won’t be any mud. 20 minutes from Texas Instruments job.
I've been here for almost a year now and have no complaints. James is nice and friendly. And the view of the pond is fantastic! A very peaceful location.
