North Beach Resort & Villas

Beautiful setting and beach views. Rooms are spacious and staff is responsive. It looks spotless until you settle in. My only complaint is the lack of detail for cleaning: popcorn under the sofa, gum wrapper and dust bunnies under the bed, half-eaten cookie behind a floral arrangement on the dresser. My girls group loves the accommodations and we return year after year.

First time staying at the North Beach Resort & Villas and we LOVED IT!!!! We will definitely be back! Location is awesome to the beach/shops/food/attractions. The villa we stayed in made you feel like you were at home just on the beach! Glad my daughter and her family recommended it to us!

WE gathered as a family again to celebrate Christmas together. When I arrived, I was greeted by Nicole at the front desk. She was both very friendly and professional. This was the fastest check in I have experienced in my 25-30 stays over the years at North Beach Plantation. We had asked to be in the Indigo Tower, and above the 5 th floor. We had 2 rooms on the 9th floor --#s 907 &909. In looking at pictures of our visits over the years , we discovered by the coffee table and the wall pictures, we had this same room in 2011 ! This is our favorite Beach resort by far. Had a problem in 1 BR with the shower and water temp not warm enough, and it was corrected within 2 hours of my call. WE plan to return again in the Spring. Positive: Pool and proximity to beqch Negative: Room was a little outdated and unless I missed it, there was no mention that our room was on the second floor with a steep staircase. I was in a leg brace so that was less than ideal

Beware of Bed Bug Infestation!!! We were awakened in middle of night being bitten by bed buds in the Jasmine! They were on pillows and in the bed!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! This was on DAY ONE of our 4 day trip! Our trip was ruined as staying there was NOT AN OPTION!!! We had to stay in that room until 7am when someone could come in to refund our monies otherwise we would have left immediately! The only positive thing about this place was our ocean front view! Another disappointing thing is that we reserved a 2 bedroom (Hampton). We get there and there were 3 bedrooms. When I inquired about that, I was told we got an “upgrade”. An extra unneeded bedroom since there were only 2 couples??? I told them that had I known, perhaps I could have brought my 2 grandkids! Make it make sense! What a
