Nodak Lodge & Resort

Just got back from fishing trip fishing was a little slower than normal but they had a large fresh water shrimp hatch something they have not see in years. I want to thank Tyler so much he went way out of his way to put us on fish, and he did they showed up on the camera but just would not bite like other years. Nodak Lodge is a great place to ice fishing great cabins very clean and well maintained. And great service. I would highly recommend it.

A great place to fish and spend time with friends and family. This has been an annual tradition for us for several years. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with nature all around. The fishing is amazing with some nice Walleye and perch thrown in. Our cabin was comfortable, clean and the kitchen well- equipped. the most important part is the hospitality of the owners and help , Roger, missy, Tyler and mark who seem like old friends. We’ll be back next year!

We had friends recommend coming out of this resort for ice fishing. Unfortunately, we had zero contact with the resort. We did put our road pass money in the dropbox. It was whiteout conditions and heaves were happening. We had no communication from the resort meaning no posts on social media about what to do or alternative routes when leaving until late afternoon on Sunday, when most people were off the ice. We had to go over a heave with our 4 fish houses that was close to 4+ feet high at an extreme angle. Most of our fish houses scraped bottom. The heave was marked by the resort. But that was it. Finally late afternoon on Sunday they posted on FB for anyone to call who still needed to get off the ice. There was an extreme line of us trying to get off the ice mid to late morning becau

The owner went above and beyond to put us on fish.. also offered his help if we would have problems on the ice.. Amazing service. Highly recommend

Overall I think this resort was great! We have friends and family that use this resort but they no longer will be due to the following reason. I love Winnie. I live only a mile from it. This resort offers many amenities to campers. They have a pool! One I would like to use and they won’t let us. I completely understand the liability of needing a reservation to use the pool for insurance reasons. So easy fix! I’ll book a campsite and pay for the amenities they offer and just won’t sleep over night. EXCEPT, they won’t allow me to do so. They will not let me pay for a night of camping to use their amenities, even if their site is open for the evening. I am a customer willing to pay for a night of camping so use their amenities. This is just my opinion, and I just think it’s unfair when I’m wi
