Nite Inn at Universal City

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the room, the location, the coffee and pastries the advice we were given on places to consider all added to a great experience. Syed was informative, friendly and genuinely wanted to hear about the places we visited. The room is basic but don't let that out you off. Our room was excellent - comfy bed, nice bathroom, nicely decorated. Highly recommended by Den and Chris

We had a very warm room, air-conditioning was super noisy, so didn't sleep well. Overpriced and not worth the money. On the booking site they say they have a luggage room, but we really had to plead and beg before they agreed to keep our bags. We wanted to visit LA without having to worry about our luggage being stolen from our car. I really don't understand where the + reviews come from.

The motel was easy walking distance to Universal studios, in fact we figured out on our 2nd day that there was a free Universal studios shuttle at the base of the hill that leads up to universal. The room was basic but did have a mini fridge that was nice for sandwich stuff and drinks. They provided free coffee and a small assortment of pastries for a breakfast snack. Free ice was available in the office as well. For a family on a budget it was worth the stay.

Perfect spot for UHS visits. Everything was really comfortable. Mornings refreshment was wonderful and had many options. Free parking is the best and the walk to the free shuttle makes it a wonderful convenience. Very friendly staff. The guy at the front desk, Sayid, was very helpful and welcoming! Will definitely stay again.

Nite Inn is a decent motel/hotel for visiting Universal. Prices were reasonable, the location is perfect for walking to a shuttle nearby or just going all the distance to universal. Water and a few other refreshments were provided, and the pastries in the morning were solid. On the other hand, the one queen sized room was not great, the walls were not soundproofed, parking was decent but fairly restricted, the floor was all tile (benefit to some people, demerit for others), and it’s easy to get up charged for minor issues (blood/makeup on pillows could lead to an extra $200 charge apparently). If you search within this same area, you’re likely to find better options within a similar distance of Universal at the same price. I do not recommend or suggest against using this place if you’re on
